We’ve noticed a burst of new scalp care products coming to market recently, and we wanted to remind you that all of Crown Curly products are designed with scalp care in mind.

We know wash day can sometimes be a chore! Detangling might be your usual motivation, or ensuring you're getting your conditioner levels just right. But by starting each wash day with an intentional moment to keep your scalp care in mind you can ensure you are giving it the attention it needs. Here’s a few tips to focus on scalp care:
- Every time you use Hair Cleanser remember to take a pause to massage the product into your scalp, focusing on your roots for as long as you have to remove dead skin and debris, you’ll smell that uplifting menthol washing over you as your scalp is left feeling tingly and enlivened.
- If you have more time, why not set yourself up with a hair oil treatment? The night before wash day massage hair oil into the roots and scalp, wrap or not depending on your preference, and let the MVPs of hydration work their magic. Think avocado, almond, argan, castor, jojoba, and macadamia oils giving your hair and scalp deep hydration for that next level boost of moisture.
- Think about the foods you eat to support your body. For optimum scalp health, incorporating seeds and nuts into your diet is beneficial. Rich in omega-3 fatty acids, zinc, and Vitamin E, sprinkle on top of winter salads for added crunch.
